the room looked clean. the breakfast was good.. royal eggs and fresh orange juice were on offer.
The restaurant staff seemed rude. i felt my presence was an inconvenience to them. i got raw chicken schnitzel. there was no apology or replacement offered. They just recooked the same dish after cutting into it, then still charged me.

The staff made it great, from reception to restaurants. i enjoyed the amazing room. The bed was wonderfully comfortable. the surroundings and gardens were lovely. breakfast a la carte was very nice, and food options throughout the resort were satisfying.

My room, the SO SUITE King, included a comfortable king-size bed and a separate seating area. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices from the menu. The staff was very helpful and always available to answer any questions or give directions. I really appreciated the well kept gardens.
The service in the terrace restaurant was slow. I had to ask multiple times for a menu and the food arrived cold, though I told the manager.

The design of the place is beautiful. The room was one of the best I have stayed in. It had so much space and clever storage. The bathroom was beautifully designed. The atmosphere was SO calming and I left feeling relaxed. I appreciated the semi all inclusive package. It was excellent value.
